Currently, I operate a waste hauling and recycling company in Northeastern California. Born into this business, I have been playing in garbage bins since I was a child and I am not afraid to haul away what you throw out. As a leader/manager, I have found that it is the people who do the work and not the equipment, so I have focused on understanding all peoples, especially my team.

About me personally, I am of Italian/Irish decent, Roman Catholic. I am the youngest of three children and am now married with a beautiful strong wife and two awesome girls.

Through my job, I am a member of Rotary International and I also sit on the board of our local Chamber of Commerce. We are heavily involved with building up the community that we serve and will do all in power to make garbage and recycling an easy process.

No job is beneath me and doing whatever it takes to get the job done is how I live. My attention to detail and thorough analytical skills set me apart, as I will not stop until I find the truth in a matter or understand what I working on inside and out. I work hard to live an honest integrity filled life; and if I fall short and someone calls me out on it, I will reflect and make it right, if that is the case. Focusing from an objective standpoint helps me to allow the issue to become clear and then a plan emerges to fix it, rather than me letting my feelings take over and skew my thinking.

I do my best to defend the truth in every situation and I make sure I hear both sides before any judgment is made. Making sure everyone is able to be who they are and speak their mind in the proper setting allows the resentment not to build up. People should have a safe zone, one on one, to express themselves and get it off their chest. I live this daily at work and will also do all in my power to be a man of my word. I’m not perfect but strive each day to get better and to make sure I put others before me.
